Industrial product provider seeks an office coordinator for their Walnut location.  Job consists of greeting vendor's and customers upon arrival, answer phones professionally, working hand in hand with owner and other executives of companies.  Filing, Data entry. Proofing and making changes to proposals for prospective clients including breakdown of cost. Strong computer skills Excel and Sage 300 a +. 

Professional and articulate in communication skills

Strong admin and computer skills necessary. Excel, Word and Outlook

Front office/ Receptionist skills needed

Very organized and detail oriented

Flexible to work 8AM - 5PM M-F
