Job Description
Office Clerk full-time opportunity in a well-established company in Rancho Cucamonga. The Office Clerk is responsible for inputting customer information into the system and maintaining customer files. Assisting customers calling in requesting assistance as well as contacting customers to provide follow-up. Processing orders via QuickBooks. Will assist with filing as needed.
Requirements:
- Strong data entry skills
- Detail Oriented
- Excellent communication skills
- Basic math calculations such as addition, subtraction, and multiplication will be required.
- Bilingual English / Spanish required
- Hours are Monday - Friday 8:00 am - 5:00 pm
