Seeking a motivated and organized individual to fill the position of Inside Sales Account Coordinator. This individual will interact with existing customers to maintain current business and help develop new customer relationships and opportunities.

Responsibilities include:

  • Servicing multiple domestic accounts, addressing customer concerns, and interacting with customers, primarily by phone/email
  • Coordinating order processing/price quotes and proposals
  • Working with the Outside Sales Representative to ensure the customer’s requirements and company's sales goals are met
  • Strong affinity and understanding of the issues our customers address
  • Working in a demanding, fast-paced, team environment
  • Motivated self-starter and goal-driven
  • Attention to detail
  • Professional and highly organized
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Dependable with strong work ethic
  • Ability to collaborate and work as a part of a team
